What is Seychelle’s return policy?

If you purchase your unit directly from Seychelle and would like to return it, unhappy with your unused product, it can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Our product return policy means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused and in its unopened original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, or an applicable order number.

We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return, will not be accepted. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.


Refunds will be distributed the same as your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


If you purchased your unit from a Reseller or Distributor, please contact the original seller for a refund.


Non-returnable items:

We cannot accept any returns on product paid with a gift card.


Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you receive the items you prefer, is to return he product you purchased, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.


Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
