What is Seychelle's warranty policy?
We offer a 90-day Limited Warranty (from the date of purchase) against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear, such as color fading, dents, scratches, chipping from product being dropped, damaged, etc. Warranty claims will only be approved if the product was purchased from Seychelle or an authorized dealer (receipt may be requested to verify).
The limited warranty provided by Seychelle Environmental Technologies, Inc. only covers manufacturing defects and does not include any damage or defect of any Seychelle products caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following: (1) improper use or misuse of the product, (2) damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications, (3) failure to properly maintain, (4) premature clogging caused by overly turbid water or (5) damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire or Acts of God.
In no event shall Seychelle Environmental Technologies, Inc. be liable or responsible for any damage, loss, cost or expense, including incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Manufacturer makes no warranty of fitness or merchantability and no other warranty, oral or written, expressed or implied, except as specifically set forth herein. Warranty valid only in the U.S.A.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at info@seychelle.com if you experience any issues with your water filter.
