Filling your Water Pitcher

Start by filling water into the reservoir, stop once the water has reached the top.  After the water passes through the filters, the water level (in the carafe) will be approximately below the bottom of the filters. Your product is now ready for use.  

If you desire, more water can be added into the reservoir.  It is alright if your filters are halfway submerged in the water, this will not damage or compromise the product. It is advised that you do not fill water past this point, water remaining inside the reservoir is not filtered and may be poured out prematurely into your glass.
